Shipping & Delivery

Do international orders require payment of customs duties and taxes?

Yes, international orders may incur additional tariffs and taxes, as follows:

Which regions do not require tariffs?

  • Orders from the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand typically do not require additional tariffs or taxes.
  • Other regions:
    For other regions, specific tariffs and taxes are determined by the local customs, and the costs are borne by the customer.
  • Please consult the customs of your country for detailed fees.
What if the order is delayed or lost?

In case of order delay or loss, you can handle it according to the following steps:

1. Ensure that the address is correct:
Please carefully verify the accuracy of the delivery address when checking out. If the package is lost due to address errors or requests to be delivered to neighbors, Guxi is not responsible.

2. Loss insurance:
At checkout, you can choose to purchase the loss insurance service provided by Parcel Panel to receive additional protection.
If the package is lost and you have purchased loss insurance, we will assist you in handling the claim with the insurance company.

3. Orders without insurance purchase:
If you have not purchased loss insurance, we recommend contacting the delivery company directly for compensation application. Guxi is not responsible for lost packages that have not been insured, but we are willing to assist you in resolving the issue.

4. Tracking shows that it has been delivered but not received:
If the package status shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check if the post office, workplace, or neighbor has signed for it on your behalf.
Unfortunately, if the delivery company marks the package as delivered, we are unable to process a refund or replacement. It is recommended to choose a safe and reliable delivery address.

Which country are you shipping to?

If no shipping options are displayed at checkout, it means we are temporarily unable to ship the product to your area. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

How much is the shipping charge?

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard transportation:
    Orders over $59 are free of shipping.
  • Orders under $59 will incur a shipping fee of $7.
  • Fast transportation:Fast shipping services incur additional logistics fees, starting at $15.
How long does it take to process the order?

All orders will be delivered by the courier company from Monday to Friday.

  • Handmade: All of our products are handmade by Chinese studios and usually require additional processing time.
  • Delay situation: Holidays, promotional activities, or incomplete payment authorizations may result in extended order processing times.
How long does transportation take?
  • Standard shipping: Expected delivery time is 10-15 working days.
  • Fast shipping: Expected delivery time is 3-8 working days.

Please note that the actual transportation time may be delayed due to customs clearance, holiday peaks, and other reasons.

How do I track my order?

You can check the status of your order by visiting our tracking order page. On this page, you only need to enter the relevant order information to obtain detailed information and the latest status of your order.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet reached the processing and shipping stage, you can usually cancel your order yourself in our order management system or contact us. However, if the order is packed and shipped from our warehouse, we cannot cancel or change the order.

Can I change my delivery address?

If the order has not yet been processed and shipped, you can usually change the shipping address or contact us. However, if the order has already entered the shipping process, it may not be able to be modified because the logistics information has already been generated and passed to the logistics provider.

What if I use the wrong shipping address on my order?

If the order has not yet been processed and shipped, you can try to modify it yourself or contact us.

If the order is already in the shipping process, please contact us with detailed order information, but changing the shipping address for international orders is more complicated and may incur additional costs and risk of failure if intercepted. If it cannot be modified, you may need to consider arranging for someone else to collect the goods at the wrong address or waiting for further notice from logistics.

Why was my order cancelled?

There may be several reasons for this: 

(1) If there is a problem with your payment method, such as a credit card rejection, payment platform failure or insufficient balance, the system may automatically cancel the order. You can check your payment account details for details.

(2) You may inadvertently click the cancel order button yourself, you can view the order operation record.

(3) There may be a temporary failure of Shopify's system or the merchant's order processing system, resulting in the incorrect cancellation of the order. This is rare, but if you suspect this is the reason, you can contact us.

(4) If the system detects a potential security risk to the order, such as abnormal purchase behavior (large number of identical purchases, abnormal order speed, etc.) or suspected fraud information, the order may be automatically canceled to protect your interests and ours. We may ask you to provide additional authentication information to confirm the legitimacy of the order.

(5) If we find that the item you ordered does not have enough stock to meet the demand for the order, we may cancel the order, in which case we will usually try to communicate with you and provide an alternative.

Return&Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30 day return and exchange policy from the date of purchase to ensure your complete satisfaction with the product. Please note the following conditions:

  • The product must be kept in a brand new condition and accompanied by all original packaging, sales receipts, identification certificates (if applicable), and any gifts or promotional items included at the time of purchase.
  • Customized products, promotional products, and gifts do not support returns or exchanges.
  • Goods that have been used, damaged, or show signs of wear and tear (such as scratches, breakage) will not be accepted and may be discarded directly.
Which fees are non refundable?

The following fees are non refundable:

  • The transportation cost of the original order.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and return shipping fees shall be borne by the customer themselves.
What if my package is lost during transportation?

If your package is lost during transportation, we recommend that you directly contact the shipping company for compensation. If necessary, we are happy to assist you in handling this matter.
Guxi is not responsible for any lost or damaged products during the return process.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product or if there are quality issues?
  • Received incorrect product: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Failure to do so will result in no further processing. 
  • Received damaged or defective goods: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods to arrange for returns and exchanges.
How many times can each order be returned or exchanged?

Each order is limited to one return and exchange service. Please confirm all items that need to be processed during the return and exchange process.

How to return goods?

1. Contact Guxi customer service:

  • Please proceed through service@guxi.club Contact us and provide at least two photos of your order number, name, reason for return, and product condition.
  • Returns must be confirmed by customer service before proceeding.

2. Packaged goods:

  • Please ensure that the product is properly packaged in its original packaging to avoid damage during transportation.
  • Your order number and name must be attached to the package.

3. Return the package:

  • You need to arrange the return shipping yourself and provide us with the tracking number.
  • We will notify you of the processing result via email after receiving and inspecting the product.
When will the refund be credited to your account?

The refund will be processed within 2-3 weeks after the product passes the inspection.


The funds will be refunded to your original payment method or bank account, and the arrival time may take 2-10 working days depending on the bank.

How to exchange goods?

Exchange must meet the 30 day return and exchange conditions.
If the prices of new products are different, we will recalculate the difference.

Do you provide product warranty services?

We provide free repair services for eligible products within one year from the date of purchase.


1. Warranty conditions:

  • The product must be in a repairable state. Please confirm with us via email for details.
  • Customers are required to pay for round-trip shipping costs, and each order is limited to one free repair service.

2. How to apply:

How to choose size/How big should I wear myself?

The bracelet comes in three sizes:range from 6.3"to 7.5" inches.You can measure the circumference of your wrist by holding a ruler close to the narrowest part of your wrist and then choose the right size to buy.

How should I take care of my jewelry?

Can I wear it while taking a shower?

Not recommended to wear this bracelet while taking a shower. Bathing requires the use of bath products and hot water, and the chemical composition of bath products may react with bracelet tiger's eye, obsidian, and other materials, affecting luster and stability. Hot water can also accelerate the aging of bracelet ropes and even cause damage to gemstones.
To maintain the beauty and longevity of the bracelet, best to remove it when taking a shower or swimming. This can keep the bracelet with you for a longer period of time.

Will silver jewelry fade?

The 925 silver will not fade under normal circumstances. 925 silver has good stability, under normal wear and maintenance, it can maintain its original color and luster. However, if you are exposed to some specific chemicals, such as cosmetics, perfumes, etc., or in a humid, high temperature and other adverse environment for a long time, it may lead to oxidation of the surface of the silver jewelry black, but this is not fading. In this case, you can use a professional silver cleaning tool to gently wipe, you can restore the luster of the silver jewelry.

How to wear a bracelet?

For this problem, We will introduce the wearing method of the bracelet for you:
Pull-string: First pull the pull rope to the relaxed state, and then extend the wrist into the bracelet, and finally adjust the pull rope to the appropriate tightness.
OT button: Insert the O-button part of the bracelet diagonally into the T-button, and then gently lock it.
Hanging buckle:Fix the open part of the hanging buckle through the open position at the other end of the bracelet. Then adjust the position of the bracelet to the right tightness.
Spring buckle: First pull the spring buckle apart, then put the bracelet on your wrist,and finally put the spring buckle in the corresponding circle to ensure that the bracelet is securely fixed.
Important:not to pull the bracelet roughly to avoid damage.In addition, the bracelet should also avoid friction or collision with other hard items to avoid scratches or wear.

How to wear earrings?

For this problem, we will introduce you to the way to wear earrings:
Perforated earring:Firstly, hold the earring with one hand and carefully align the needle of the earring with the ear hole,slowly insert steadily. When the needle is completely through the ear hole, install the ear plug to fix the earring.
Ear clip:Firstly, gently open the opening of the clip on earring. Then, clamp the earring in the appropriate position on the ear and adjust it to a comfortable and secure state.
Important reminder: Do not pull or tug on the earrings roughly and casually to avoid damage.

Are earrings heavy and easy to fall off?

Our 925 silver stud earrings are lightweight and do not fall off easily under normal wearing conditions. If you have a history of metal allergy, we recommend that you test on a small area of skin, such as the skin behind the ear, before wearing it for a period of time to see if you have an allergic reaction.

How soon will I hear back?

For the mail you send to our mailbox, we will reply within one working days after receiving. We will process emails in the order in which they were received, and will need to investigate and prepare detailed responses.

I haven't heard back yet?

First confirm whether the contact channel information is accurate or not. For example, check the email address and interception rules to avoid receiving no reply.

The mail is generally 1-2 working days to reply, more than 2 working days did not receive can resend the inquiry.
