- 60-Day Warranty: Applies to jewelry made with elastic cords, braided cords, ribbons, leather, or waxed cords.
- 90-Day Warranty: Covers GEM jewelry, metal chains, sterling silver pieces, and sterling silver jewelry with crystals or gemstones.
Warranty Coverage
During the warranty period, if any component breaks or loosens—such as cords fraying, beads coming off, or significant damage from normal wear—please contact us to arrange a repair.
How to Request a Repair
To initiate a repair request, visit our contact page or email us at service@guxi.club. Be sure to include the following details:
- Contact name
- Phone number
- Proof of purchase(order confirmation or receipt)
- Brief description of the damage along with at least two photos of the product in its current condition
Repair Process
Once we receive your request, our team will assess and authorize it. A customer service representative will contact you within 48 hours with further instructions on how to proceed.
Replacement and Repair Timeline
- Replacement Process:If the product qualifies for a replacement, a new item of equal value will be sent to your address free of charge.
- Repair Timeline:After receiving the damaged product, repairs typically take 30 to 45 working days.
- Processing Time:It usually takes 3 to 5 working days to finalize a replacement.
In rare cases requiring special handling, we will provide clear explanations and a compliant solution.
Limitations and Discounts
- One-time Repair or Replacement: Consumable parts are eligible for only one repair or replacement during the warranty period.
- Discount Coupon: If you prefer a brand-new item instead of a repair, we offer a one-time 50% discount coupon for a replacement product of equal value after we confirm the situation.
Shipping Charges and Unauthorized Repairs
- Shipping Fees:Repairs are subject to additional shipping fees, which will be communicated upon approval.
- Unauthorized Repairs:We cannot accept unauthorized returns or items sent without prior approval. Please contact us before shipping your item for repair.
