Return & Exchanges

At Guxi, we are committed to providing you with quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy.

RETURN CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, along with all packaging, sales slips, appraisals (if applicable), and any gifts or promotional items received with the purchase.
  • Returns for custom-made items, final sale items, or gifts are not accepted.
  • Products that are altered, damaged, or show signs of wear (e.g., scratches, wreckage) do not qualify and may be discarded.

2. Non-refundable Fees:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Duties, taxes, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Lost or Undelivered Packages:

  • For packages lost during shipment, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for compensation. If needed, we are happy to assist you in this process.
  • For returns, Guxi is not responsible for lost or damaged goods before they reach our warehouse.

4. Special Cases:

  • If you receive a wrong item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, returns will not be accepted.
  • If you receive a defective or broken item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a return or exchange.

5. One-time Return:

  • Each order allows for only one return or exchange.


HOW TO RETURN

1. Contact Guxi Customer Service:
Email us at service@guxi.club with your order number, full name, the reason for your return, and at least two photos of the product's condition.
Returns will only be processed after mutual agreement and confirmation via email.

2. Package the Item:

  • Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • Include your order number and full name inside the package.

3. Ship the Package:

  • You are responsible for arranging the return shipment and providing a tracking number to us.
  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.


REFUNDS

  • Upon receiving and approving your return, refunds will be processed within 2-3 weeks.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or bank account and may take 2-10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.


EXCHANGES

  • If you wish to exchange for a different item or size, the price difference (if any) will be recalculated.
  • Exchanges must also meet the 30-day return conditions.


WARRANTY

At Guxi, we are happy to offer a free repair service within one year of purchase for eligible products.

1. Warranty Conditions:

  • If your item has an issue that can be repaired, please contact us to confirm whether it qualifies for warranty service.
  • Buyers are responsible for paying the round-trip shipping fees.
  • Each order is eligible for one free repair service under warranty.

2. How to Claim:

  • To start a warranty claim, email us at service@guxi.club with your order number, full name, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
  • Once we confirm the issue is repairable, we will provide further instructions for shipping the item to us.


GUARANTEE ON RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Guxi will cover return or re-delivery shipping costs only in the following cases:

If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
